Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine first 5 ingredients in a bowl with 2 tablespoon of the butter cut into chunks. Place in baking dish and dot with last tablespoon of butter, cut into chunks. (You can sprinkle a little more Parmigiano cheese on top at this point, if you like). Bake for 45 minutes until ingredients are cooked through and top is lightly browned.
