The Catering and Home Shopping department is available 8am-7pm seven days a week.
ONLINE ORDER RETURN POLICY: All returns must be made within 4 days of purchase and proof of purchase is required (receipt). If the amount of the return is under $10 depending on the circumstances we will issue a credit back to your card for that item. Any claims over $10 will be at the discretion of the manager and handled on a case by case basis. We ask that you do not discard the product until speaking with us. In some instances we may pick up the product or ask for photos.
Delivery is available seven days a week from 9am-8pm.
Please place your catering and pastry orders 48 hours in advance.
Please be advised all necessary service utencils are included with Catering Orders however paper goods are not. They can be provided upon request for an additional cost.
All food is delivered cold or room temperature, we do not delivery any food hot. Chafing stands can be provided upon request for an additional cost.
A full itemized receipt is included with your delivery.
Menu & prices are subject to change without notice due to availability and market conditions. Prices do not include tax.
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Credit card information is required upon placement of your order.
Minimum order for delivery required; (for delivery minimums please call 212-452-0690 ext 1). Delivery charges are determined based on location.
Catering cancellation policy: We ask that you give us 24 hours notice to cancel any order. Due to the time and material involved in the preparation of catering and pastry orders, Agata & Valentina reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee of 50% of the total order for all orders not cancelled within 24 hours.
